In order to show nearby rides, the Toogethr app needs to understand your current location. As your current location is hidden by default (because of privacy), you need to give authorization to share your location.
The Toogethr app uses HTML5 geolocation services (as defined in the W3C Geolocation API) to determine your location. Actual implementation of this service is browser-specific. In other words, giving authorization varies from browser to browser, and some browsers are not supporting geolocation services at all.
Below you find some browser specific information (that may be outdated soon due to regular browser updates).
Internet Explorer 8 (or lower) is not supporting geolocation services. We advise you to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9.
